Who may establish an account

A child’s profile must be established by their parent or legal guardian. Other caregivers may use Chimpal together with the child through that already established family experience. Children do not receive accounts, passwords, or email credentials.

Use together

Chimpal is designed for a child aged 2–5 and a caregiver to use together. It is not an unsupervised toddler service. The adult is responsible for the device, account email, magic links, and profile-management choices.

Privacy-safe profiles

Use a playful screen name rather than a real name. Do not submit a child’s location, photo, contacts, or other unnecessary identifying information. Profile data is limited to the fields described in the draft Children’s Privacy Notice.

Learning content and limitations

Chimpal provides short educational exploration, not medical, diagnostic, developmental, legal, or professional advice. AI-generated material may be incomplete or mistaken. A caregiver must remain present, and unsafe or inappropriate use is prohibited.

Account controls

The parent or legal guardian may review, correct, export, delete a child profile, or delete the caregiver account from Parent Zone. Magic links must be kept private. Service availability, intellectual-property terms, termination, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law, disputes, and formal notices require counsel-approved production language.

Operator and contact

Required before launch: [legal operator name], [postal address], [privacy/support email], and [jurisdiction-specific contact].
